Authorized Service Provider

As an Apple Authorized Service Provider Royal Photo is committed to continue fixing your Apple device even during the challenging times that we all live because of COVID-19. A minimum service will be available for our customer with a process that assure the security of everyone. This process is temporary until the Quebec government allow us to open again.


All cases will be dealt on a first-come, first-served basis. They will be no Urgent repair until our workshop is fully operational.

Drop device for a repair

  1. Download and Fill the Repair Form
  2. Pack your device securely
  3. Attach the form inside your package
  4. Send us your package through a courier (Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, Courrier Plus, LVM…) or deliver the package yourself

10AM to 12:30PM and 1:30PM to 5PM

Track your repair

When we will receive your device

A message will be send to you that will include a receipt notification, a delay to start work on your device and a case number for your repair.

At the end of diagnostic

A technician will call you to confirm service fee ($95 minimum when out of warranty) and spare part fee that is necessary for fixing your device.

When your device is fixed

A technician will call you with the necessary instruction to pick up your device.
