As an Apple Authorized Service Provider Royal Photo is committed to continue fixing your Apple device even during the challenging times that we all live because of COVID-19. A minimum service will be available for our customer with a process that assure the security of everyone. This process is temporary until the Quebec government allow us to open again.
All cases will be dealt on a first-come, first-served basis. They will be no Urgent repair until our workshop is fully operational.
Drop device for a repair
- Download and Fill the Repair Form
- Pack your device securely
- Attach the form inside your package
- Send us your package through a courier (Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, Courrier Plus, LVM…) or deliver the package yourself

Track your repair
When we will receive your device
A message will be send to you that will include a receipt notification, a delay to start work on your device and a case number for your repair.
At the end of diagnostic
A technician will call you to confirm service fee ($95 minimum when out of warranty) and spare part fee that is necessary for fixing your device.
When your device is fixed
A technician will call you with the necessary instruction to pick up your device.
