PHOTO & VIDEO SALES SPECIALIST
The candidate will be responsible for selling photo and video products along with certain in-store services. They will also welcome and advise customers to help them find the right solution at the best price. Providing quality service is essential to our business.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve, inform, and advise our customers in a friendly and professional manner, adhering to Royal Photo’s service standards
- Listen to customers’ needs and propose various photo and video solutions
- Process billing and payments
- Remind customers of post-purchase benefits (warranty, return policy, etc.)
- Keep display areas tidy
- Open and close the store
- Collaborate with the various departments at Royal Photo
- Take passport photos/baby passport photos (optional)
- Clean camera sensors (optional)

Required qualifications
- Stay up-to-date on the latest photo and video equipment
- In-depth knowledge of products and their functions
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Bilingual (French and English)
