Delivery Provider and Shipping Delays
Our main provider is Canada Post and all the parcels and send through the Xpresspost option. If the ordered items are in stock, Canada Post estimate time of arrival is ranging from 1 to 2 business days . Actual delivery time may vary depending on certain conditions (weather, COVID-19….).
It is possible to use an other delivery or courier provider for shipping items inside the greater Montreal area.
Track your delivery
To check the status of your order. We will send you an email confirmation when the order is completed on our website.
Once your item is packed and ready for shipment, all our customers receive an email from our delivery provider that contains a tracking number and a status of delivery.
